they extended the warranty and refunded all money spent before any major lawsuits were filed.
It fixes all the bad things, and seems to have a lot of new good things. I'm excited for the notoriety thing. As long as nobody knows your an assassin, you can carry on as a noble and use that to ur advantage.
falling with style 8-)
The post says the game opens in 1476
Guerilla probably had close to 200 people working on killzone 2 when it was in it's final push before release. There might be many cooks, but there are only a select number of chefs, and they're the ones that make or break the food.
you have to take into account competitive releasing. Even if all the games are finished, do you really think they're going to try to release multiple games a month to compete against each other as well as 3rd party games?
It would just be dumb to release all the games in one year from a business standpoint, as much as everyone would like that to happen.
they are porting the 360 version while they're doing the localization for both. They are going to be two completely separate teams (and they'd be two completely separate teams without porting it to the 360 anyways). One works on translation, while one works on programming.
Pretty much in the time it would take them to create and localize the game for the PS3, they are going to create an localize the game for the PS3 and 360, because they are using their resources to their fullest...
Why the hell did they guy go to HP and Dell? Asus, Fujitsu, Lenovo, Toshiba, and Sony are all out there too, and if one of them doesn't have what you're looking for (with little or no custom building) another one almost always does, and for very VERY cheap.
Did this guy suck at gears? I'm pretty sure you could unlock this in a day or two if you kept replaying a certain level. People were actually pissed it didn't take you 6 months to get.
The one thing I will give trophies is that they're separated by their difficulty. I really wish XBL adopted that feature so some achievements actually carried a little more weight visibly without having to search through the lists of achievements.
It was merely an observation. Name one developer that's made a game exclusively for the PS3 that was released in stores, not on PSN, that didn't say this.
shock... awe...
what a horribly useless article...
but tri-ace is the only developer to really develop on the PS3 or the 360.
SquareEnix developed The Last Remnant for both, but no other games for either. The only things they've really made lately has been DS games and ports.
Square as a publisher and square as a developer are two different things. Don't confuse square developed games with square published games.
Square's quality is slipping slightly, but not as bad as what they publish indicates.
I looked all over, and most places say that PLC/BPL max out at 3MBps
but you're naive if you think Crackdown would have had as many fans as it has if they hadn't put in that extra incentive.
It was a good game, and the beta just let it gain that much more popularity. I probably never would have played the game to completion if it weren't for the beta...
it's a podcast...
on MSN messenger on ur 360...
it's scary because they have the majority of the market in a market that won't go away for a long time (the internet), and they keep increasing their share of that market.
he was just correcting you...
@ below:
Maybe you don't read what you say... you said:
"I think it's rather ridiculous that he compares it to 360 though. You have to pay to fix your 360 unless you have the 3 rings."
He corrected you saying that you only pay if it's outside the warranty, which is true. Somehow you disagreed with him, which makes you either ignorant or a bigot.
@below: well you shouldn't assume that ever...
